Job Summary
arenaflex is seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist in Healthcare to join our team. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient experiences through proactive communication, empathy, and a commitment to excellence. Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls to place orders and confirm eligibility, ensuring seamless communication and timely resolution of customer inquiries.
- Research standing orders and verify contract administration, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Resolve customer issues and answer queries related to order delivery, demonstrating empathy and understanding towards customer needs.
- Ensure process efficiency by coordinating fertility plans and medications, streamlining workflows and improving customer satisfaction.
- Maintain KPI reports for internal and external clients, providing data-driven insights to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Escalate complex claims to Senior Billing & Reimbursement Specialists when necessary, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing customer dissatisfaction.
Essential Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to demonstrate empathy and understanding towards customer needs, with a strong focus on patient-centered care.
- Previous customer service experience preferred, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Experience with CRM software and handling customer inquiries is a plus, but not required.

- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as healthcare administration or business.
