**Key Responsibilities:**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Handling high volumes of inbound calls from customers and directing them to the proper departments as needed
* Working closely with other departments to ensure a positive customer experience
* Utilizing strong problem-solving skills to quickly identify the root cause of customer issues and resolve them when necessary
* Helping explain contract details and managing existing customer relationships to provide peace of mind and worry-free experiences
* Processing payments and setting up payment arrangements to resolve customer accounts
* Being interactive and communicative with management and co-workers in a visible manner, requiring camera usage for training, team meetings, and meetings with management
**Key to Success:**

* Excellent customer service, communication, and listening skills
* The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with other employees
* General computer and typing skills
* A passion for customer service and quality work
* The ability to prioritize, organize, and multitask
* A high school diploma or GED
* Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
