We're now seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team on a night shift, working closely with our customers to resolve their inquiries and provide a positive experience. **About arenaflex** arenaflex is a leading global casino-entertainment company with a growing omni-channel presence. Our Customer Service Representatives are the face of arenaflex, and we're looking for someone who can provide a positive experience for every customer that interacts with us. As a night shift representative, you'll work closely with our customers to resolve their inquiries, handle complaints, and troubleshoot problems about our products and services. **Key Responsibilities** As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Understanding and addressing customer needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services * Responding efficiently and accurately to contacts, explaining all possible solutions courteously and professionally * Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information, and diffusing angry clients * Utilizing software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately * Understanding and striving to comply or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent customer service * Being a part of and actively participating in all training, coaching, and any other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the company, products, and position * Adhering to all company policies and procedures **What We're Looking For** We're looking for someone who is passionate about creating amazing customer experiences.
