Our Locker+ retail locations are strategically placed in convenient locations, making it easy for our customers to pick up or return their packages. **Key Responsibilities:** As an Amazon Locker+ Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for: * Receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing for delivery * Assisting customers with questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to arenaflex's high standards * Managing responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing the site * Using technology, such as smartphones and handheld devices, to sort, scan, and prepare orders * Receiving truck deliveries and ensuring timely processing of packages **Requirements:** To be successful in this role, you will need to: * Be 18 years or older with the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines in English * Perform physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation * Stand and walk during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation * Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around * Go up and down stairs (where applicable) * Be available to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m. with schedules varying week to week **What it's like at arenaflex:** * Safety: Your safety is our top priority, and we provide a safe working environment with protective gear and regular safety checks. * Surroundings: You'll be working in a Locker+ retail location, which may be located in a Whole Foods Market, a freestanding location, a partner retailer, or even in the lobby of a warehouse. * Activity: You'll be on your feet for the majority of your shift, helping customers and sorting packages. * Temperature: Our Locker+ locations are in comfortable, climate-controlled environments. * Noise level: Sound levels are minimal, similar to what you'd expect in a grocery store. * Dress code: Relaxed, with a few rules to follow for safety.
