**Responsibilities:**
As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative (Call Center) at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Answering high volumes of incoming calls and placing outbound calls using established service standards, phone/email/chat etiquette, and communications scripts
* Responding to patient inquiries as they relate to healthcare services, demonstrating high levels of comprehensive customer service as a Brand Ambassador
* Determining the best course of action for phone calls, emails, and chat messages, and taking necessary action to convert calls to scheduled appointments for arenaflex clinics
* Reviewing insurance eligibility for applicable callers and communicating with the virtual benefits team to verify eligibility as appropriate per protocol
* Verifying that all information is accurate and updated at each patient contact point
* Contacting and scheduling referral patients with high levels of comprehensive customer service and following up with referral partners as appropriate to maintain positive relationships and efficient patient information transfer
* Documenting in patient management system and shared tracking files the results of contact
* Maintaining strict patient/client confidentiality at all times
* Directing non-patient care-related communications to the appropriate person or department
**Qualifications:**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* Bilingual in Spanish, preferred
* 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Proficiency in using technology, including phone systems, email, and chat platforms
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information
