**Job Summary**
As a Junior Tech Support Specialist, you'll work directly with our clients, supporting end-users with technical questions about our products and working closely with our technical team remotely. This is an entry-level position, and you'll have the opportunity to work with a small team, under the guidance of a team manager, and in coordination with other departments at arenaflex.
**Responsibilities**
* **In-depth understanding of arenaflex banking software and apps**: You'll be responsible for gaining a thorough understanding of our banking software and apps, including their features, functionality, and technical requirements.
* **Collaboration with technical teams**: You'll work closely with software technicians, technical support, and developers to resolve technical issues and improve our products.
* **Troubleshooting and issue resolution**: You'll examine technical logs to identify and resolve issues encountered during 24/7 client support projects, ensuring that our clients receive timely and effective support.
* **Communication and explanation**: You'll be able to explain technical processes and concepts to less-technical individuals, ensuring that our clients and colleagues understand the solutions we provide.
* **Dynamic workload management**: You'll be able to manage a dynamic workload with multiple concurrent tasks, prioritizing and completing tasks efficiently and effectively.
**Requirements**
* **Excellent written and spoken English**: You'll need to communicate effectively with our clients and colleagues, both verbally and in writing.
* **Establishing good working relationships**: You'll be responsible for building strong relationships with our clients, ensuring that they receive exceptional support and service.
* **Solid troubleshooting ability**: You'll need to be able to identify and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively.
* **Ability to learn technical skills quickly**: You'll need to be able to learn and understand new technical concepts and skills quickly, with minimal supervision.
* **In-depth learning and understanding of arenaflex products**: You'll need to gain a thorough understanding of our mobile and online banking products, including their features, functionality, and technical requirements.
* **Coordination with developers**: You'll work closely with developers to investigate and diagnose issues, ensuring that our products are delivered on time and to the required quality standards.
* **Managing and improving the quality of the tech support process**: You'll be responsible for monitoring and improving the quality of our tech support process, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* **Experience in banking live-chat**: While not essential, experience in banking live-chat would be a significant asset in this role.
* **Experience in technical support**: You'll need to have experience in providing technical support, either in a live-chat or phone-based environment.
* **Experience with Dialogflow**: Familiarity with Dialogflow would be beneficial in this role.
* **Experience with various mobile phone platforms**: You'll need to have experience with various mobile phone platforms, including iOS and Android.
* **Project management experience**: While not essential, experience in project management would be beneficial in this role.
* **Working directly with US-based customers**: You'll need to be able to communicate effectively with US-based customers, both verbally and in writing.
* **Knowledge of US banking systems**: Familiarity with US banking systems would be beneficial in this role.

**Shift Schedules**
We offer three shift schedules:
* **4 shift schedule**: Monday to Friday, 12 am - 9 am US EST / 4 pm - 12 pm US EST, with Saturday and Sunday full coverage rotation schedule.
* **2 shift schedule**: 9 pm - 9 am CST / 9 am - 9 pm CST, with rotation schedule.
* **5 days shift**: Sunday is a working day, with a shift schedule of 11 am - 7 pm EST.
