**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include:
* Providing outstanding customer service to our families over the phone, addressing their concerns, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
* Accurately entering patient registration information and initial appointment scheduling, including identifying potential conflicts or trends for each Clinic schedule
* Coordinating information between referring physicians, insurance companies, and our own treatment clinics to ensure seamless communication and efficient care
* Reviewing cost share amounts, co-payments, and financial responsibility with our families to ensure they understand their obligations and benefits
* Handling variable call-volume on multiple queues, averaging 40 to 70 calls a day, and prioritizing tasks to manage individual workload effectively
* Collaborating with our treatment clinics to ensure that families receive the best possible care and support throughout their treatment journey
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 1-2 years of customer service or related experience, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service
* 1-2 years of experience with computer software, including proficiency in CRM systems and other relevant tools
* Exceptional communication skills, including phone etiquette and human relations skills, with the ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds
* A proactive mindset, with the ability to absorb new information in a timely manner and adapt to changing priorities
* A professional demeanor in both written and spoken communication, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
* Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage individual workload effectively and meet deadlines
