Our benefits, flexibility, and support are designed to help you succeed in your role and beyond. **The Role:** As a Customer Support Supervisor at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading a team of Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) in providing exceptional support to our customers. Your expertise will be essential in building and developing a high-performing team, communicating effectively with various audiences, and driving results through exceptional time management and multitasking skills. **Key Responsibilities:** * Build and develop a team of CSRs, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence * Communicate effectively with customers, peers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless support experiences * Display exceptional time management and multitasking skills to meet the demands of an overnight shift * Hold yourself accountable for your performance and that of your team, driving continuous improvement and growth * Work closely with peers to develop standard methodologies and best practices * Facilitate presentations to various audiences, showcasing arenaflex's expertise and solutions * Engage in tough conversations with customers while maintaining a positive atmosphere * Be flexible to work various schedules based on business needs **About You:** * You're a motivated and enthusiastic leader, always looking for ways to improve and grow * You're a team and customer advocate, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences * You can decipher what's right for our customers, employees, and company, and will lobby to ensure those needs are met * You lead by example, inspiring and motivating others to succeed * You're a problem-solver, always looking for creative solutions to complex challenges * You're the go-to person for your family and friends when they need help with technology or other issues * You flourish in a fast-paced environment, continually seeking opportunities to grow and improve **Qualifications:** * 2-3 years of call center supervisory experience, with a proven track record of building, leading, and motivating a team * Strong analytical and behavioral problem-solving skills, with an understanding of basic computer and home networking terminology * Experience with support desk tools such as Salesforce, Communities, live chat, etc. **Desired Experience:** * Working knowledge of current Microsoft Windows operating systems (client and server platforms) * Knowledge of iOS and Apple Hardware * Experience with networking protocols (TCP/IP), networking infrastructure, switching, and routing * Excellent interpersonal skills, with a bias towards customer service * Strong communication skills: active listening, writing/typing, informal communication **Requirements:** * During peak times/seasons, you may be required to work some overtime, but we'll always plan ahead to accommodate schedules as best we can * If a regularly scheduled working day falls on a holiday, you may be required to work, at an increased hourly rate **Benefits:** * arenaflex provides Mexican Social Security (IMSS) * Christmas Bonus - 30 days * Paid Time Off - 20 days a year * Vacation Premium - 25% * Parental leave * Bereavement Leave - 3 days * Marriage leave - 3 days * Bonuses * Dental Insurance & Life Insurance * Major Medical Insurance **Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion:** arenaflex aspires to be a workplace that reflects the diverse communities we serve and a culture that is inclusive and welcoming.
