As a Ramp Agent, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to making a difference in the lives of our customers and colleagues alike. **Key Responsibilities** As a Ramp Agent, you'll be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient handling of baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft. Your daily tasks will include: * Safely lifting, loading, unloading, and transporting baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft, while ensuring timely connections and guiding incoming and departing aircraft from gate positions. * Safeguarding cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather-related incidents. * Safely driving and operating ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in areas of congestion. * Operating baggage scanners and computers to ensure accurate routing of baggage to customers' destinations. * Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless airport operations and resolving any issues that may arise. **Work Environment and Culture** As a Ramp Agent, you'll work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with varying shifts ranging from early morning to overnight.
