**Your Mission**
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the face of arenaflex in the US market, providing exceptional support to our clients via email and chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Responding to customer inquiries on payments, invoicing, account management, and our products
* Researching and explaining our services to ensure customers have a seamless experience
* Evaluating updates to our products and recommending possible improvements
* Collaborating with the Customer Care team to ensure consistent and high-quality support
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* At least 2 years of experience in Customer Care or a similar position
* Full professional proficiency in English
* Remarkable enthusiasm and willingness to support a scale-up during its growth phase
* Exceptional soft skills, team spirit, and a willingness to learn
**Added Values**
While not essential, the following experiences will be highly valued:
* Previous experience in start-up and scale-up working environments
* Experience with HTML/CSS
* Experience with CMSs (such as WordPress, Shopify, Wix)
* Experience with Google Tag Manager
* Proficiency in Dutch, German, or Italian
