Our team collaborates with various groups, including Online business, Marketing, and other teams in arenaflex's revenue association, to create a comprehensive and reliable digital perspective on clients' relationship with arenaflex. **Job Summary:** We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Customer Experience Manager to join our Client Digital Personality team. As a key member of this team, you'll drive the execution of digital personality initiatives in store conditions, launch and scale capabilities to enhance client experiences and adoption, and work closely with Omni experiences and Store Operations groups to deliver top-tier client ID solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** * Support the improvement of client experiences across a designated client experience space (e.g., store service desks, checkout) * Break down existing CX streams at various touchpoints * Design tests for personality capture (e.g., phone numbers) * Interpret the client experience plan that would enhance personality capture and utilization at exchange points from paper to execution plan * Foster an execution guide for select experience execution * Collaborate with item, field, and analysis groups to develop analyses * Participate in cross-functional meetings with item and surveys and approve tests * Manage tests in the field * Send tests in accordance with Walmart field activities groups * Collaborate with analysis to decipher results * Suggest and execute upgrades * Track progress of the analysis, set up and execute reporting structure, and develop benchmarks to beat expected challenges * Partner with management * Maintain associations with Walmart groups to ensure effective execution * Capture partner needs, enabling the group to establish important business analysis * Assemble and execute communication plans to key partners **You'll Deeply Inspire Us If:** * You're passionate about tackling complex challenges * You're passionate about building digital experiences within an actual store climate * You're client-driven in spirit and data-driven in execution * You can influence and build agreement through partner management * You have a test and learn mindset to repeat and work in your group's items * You have deep domain knowledge in retail store operations and experience working with partners in stores * You're organized and conscientious in execution * You enjoy traveling and spending time in stores to arrange execution * You flourish in complex and matrixed associations **You'll Have an Impact By:** * Driving the execution of Digital Personality drives in store conditions * Launching and scaling capabilities to empower enhancements to client experiences and adoption * Working together with Omni experiences and Store Operations groups to convey top-tier client ID solutions * Assembling deep associations with colleagues to share progress, show results, and gain buy-in from senior leadership **Requirements:** * Four-year college education required * 7+ years in Tasks jobs, preferably with at least 3 years of experience in retail, store, or Omni climate * 5+ years executing new drives in a store climate * Solid and demonstrated ability to influence within partners * Demonstrated insight in executing effective drives * Experience with Agile techniques and project management tools **About arenaflex:** At arenaflex, we offer competitive compensation as well as performance-based extra honors and other great benefits for a happier brain, body, and wallet.
