**Position Overview**
As a Full Stack Customer Support Agent, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer support to our clients through live chat software. You will interact with visitors on our clients' websites, resolving customer complaints and issues effectively, and providing prompt and friendly customer service. This is a full-time remote role, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere in the United States.
**Responsibilities**
As a Full Stack Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for:
* Responding to customer inquiries and providing accurate information in a timely and professional manner
* Assisting customers in making informed decisions, resolving customer complaints and issues effectively
* Communicating with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive customer experience
* Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, maintaining a high level of data integrity
* Staying up-to-date with product and service information, ensuring that you are knowledgeable about our clients' offerings
* Following up on customer interactions, ensuring that customers are satisfied with the support they receive
**Contract Length and Pay Rate**
This is a full-time remote position, offering the flexibility to work on your own terms. The pay rate for this position is between $25-$35 per hour, depending on your experience and skills. We value our employees and strive to offer competitive pay rates to ensure their satisfaction.
**Skills and Background Needed**
To qualify for this position, you must have:
* A device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)
* The ability to work independently and closely follow provided steps and instructions
* A reliable internet connection
* Availability for at least 5 hours per week, up to 40 hours per week
