The WW Customer Trust Training – LXD Team
We are a team of learning professionals who are passionate about creating great learning experiences for our associates and investigators. Our primary responsibility is to design and develop learning programs that support new hire, upskill, and other trainings, providing our employees with the resources they need to effectively do their job.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing engaging e-learning content for on-the-job performance improvement using authoring tools like Storyline, Rise, Camtasia, Captivate, or similar development tools
- Managing and executing curriculum maintenance review and implementations cycles
- Mentoring or coaching new LXDs and apprentices on design and processes
- Consulting with customers to define the problem to be solved and the best solution to that problem
- Contributing to the improvement of processes and curriculum templates to minimize the development time for new training materials
- Employing project management skills and tools to manage multiple medium to large-scale projects from analysis through delivery concurrently
- Embedding data collection and feedback mechanisms throughout our learning solutions to generate data-driven, actionable insights into the Investigator Learning Experience
- Conducting analysis to identify key tasks/skills to target in the curriculum and performing post-implementation evaluation on key performance and business metrics
- Collaborating effectively with global stakeholder teams; Training Delivery, Learner Performance, Operations, Quality, and GPO, to identify knowledge gaps, and develop technical and non-technical training content
Essential Qualifications
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- 5+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 5+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of driving end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 5+ years of driving process improvements experience
- 3+ years of managing stakeholders in cross-functional project experience
- 3+ years of change management experience
