Your primary responsibilities will include: * Performing administrative tasks to support the efficient processing of medical claims * Conducting data entry with high accuracy and attention to detail * Reviewing and processing documents, including medical records and claims information * Faxing and transmitting documents as required * Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and databases * Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders * Collaborating with team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives **Work Schedule and Training** This is a full-time opportunity with a variety of shifts available, including: * Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm * Tuesday – Saturday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm You will undergo comprehensive training for approximately 2-3 weeks, Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm.
