**Job Summary**
We're seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our arenaflex team in the UAE. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by expediting orders, resolving post-sales issues, and providing effective solutions. **Key Responsibilities**
- Assist customers in expediting orders and resolving post-sales problems

**Essential Qualifications**
- Minimum qualification is 10+2. Any graduate/PG is eligible to apply
- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory

- Clear communication with both internal and external customers
- Good comprehension skills and ability to address customer issues appropriately
- Proficiency in using a desktop/laptop computer system, familiarity with Windows 7, Microsoft Outlook, and Internet Explorer
- Good typing skills
