As a Director of Operations Process, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about making a difference in the lives of our customers. **Key Responsibilities** As a Director of Operations Process, you'll be responsible for: * Partnering with cross-functional teams across arenaflex to ensure operational areas are considered in project plans and strategies * Coordinating the responsibilities of Operations Managers and Analysts to drive process improvements and operational excellence * Supporting the Operations Strategy Team in developing, staffing, piloting, and implementing process improvements within our stores and operations * Overseeing the overall project workflow and roll-out schedule in relation to operational areas, ensuring timely and effective implementation * Measuring the impact of changes and new projects on operational areas, identifying areas for improvement, and driving continuous process improvement * Collaborating with Field Implementation Managers to establish project metrics and tollgates in relation to operational expertise * Utilizing expertise in strategic thinking and process design to drive successful improvements in operational areas, focusing on quick implementation and quick return on investment * Evaluating the needs of multiple project requests and their impact on operational areas, aggregating data gathered by Operations Analysts, and ensuring project needs are met * Selecting, developing, and motivating assigned staff to achieve operational excellence and drive business growth **Direct Manager/Direct Reports** As a Director of Operations Process, you'll be responsible for leading a team of 5 professionals and 14 support associates. You'll need to possess excellent interpersonal skills to deal with sensitive or controversial situations, carefully evaluate complex issues, and consider new approaches within general policies and short-term goals. **Travel Requirements** As a remote Director of Operations Process, you'll typically require overnight travel less than 10% of the time. However, you'll need to be flexible and willing to travel as needed to support operational excellence and business growth. **Physical Requirements** Most of your time will be spent sitting in a comfortable position, with frequent opportunities to move about. On rare occasions, you may need to move or lift light articles. **Working Conditions** You'll typically work in a comfortable environment with regular exposure to factors causing moderate physical discomfort from dust, fumes, or odors.
