**Your Impact**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers from all walks of life. You will be responsible for fielding customer inquiries, finding innovative solutions to complex problems, and delivering exceptional experiences that exceed our customers' expectations. Your role will be critical in building strong relationships with our customers and driving business growth.
**Your Responsibilities**
* **Customer Service**: Field customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media, responding to questions, issues, and concerns in a timely and professional manner
* **Issue Resolution**: Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues that arise, escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate
* **Request Fulfillment**: Respond to requests for assistance and/or process payments as required
* **Call Tracking**: Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
* **Feedback**: Provide feedback on call issues to improve our processes and services
* **Upselling**: Identify opportunities to upsell our services and products to customers
**What We're Looking for**
* **High School Diploma or Equivalent**: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required
* **IT/Network Certifications/Degrees**: IT or network certifications/degrees are preferred, but not required
* **Age**: You must be at least 18 years old to apply
* **Call Center Experience**: Proven experience in a call center environment is essential
* **Typing Speed**: You must be able to type at least 25 words per minute
* **PC Operation**: Proficiency in PC operation and navigation is required
* **Network Troubleshooting**: Entry-level network troubleshooting skills are a plus
* **Home Wi-Fi Setup**: Ability to set up home Wi-Fi networks is required
* **Router/switch Configuration**: Ability to set up and configure routers or switches is a plus
* **Computer Proficiency**: Core proficiency with a laptop or desktop computer is essential
* **Independence**: Ability to work independently in a virtual team environment
* **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, are required
* **Composure**: Ability to stay composed and objective in a fast-paced environment
* **Listening Skills**: Strong listening skills are essential
* **Teamwork**: Ability to work collaboratively with a virtual team
