**The Role**
As an Experienced Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for managing live chat interactions with customers to provide prompt and accurate information regarding aircraft parts and services. You will assist customers with inquiries, including pricing, availability, order status, and technical support. You will also collaborate with the sales and customer service departments to ensure customer needs are met efficiently.
