**Key Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for:
* Answering, evaluating, and prioritizing incoming telephone calls from customers experiencing problems with software navigation and troubleshooting.
* Conducting thorough interviews with customers to collect information about their issues and guiding them through diagnostic and troubleshooting procedures to provide resolution.
* Logging and tracking calls using our Call Log database and maintaining accurate history records and related problem documentation.
* Ensuring maximum goodwill from inbound or outbound phone transactions.
* Adhering to regular attendance as required for your shift.
**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A minimum of 3 years of prior experience using arenaflex's digital tax filing platform, with a strong understanding of its features and functionality.
* At least 2 years of tax preparation experience, with a solid grasp of tax laws and regulations.
* Basic computer and keyboarding skills, with the ability to navigate our software and other digital tools.
* Fluency in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
