**Key Responsibilities**
As a Member Services Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Responding to questions and resolving issues related to member statements and florist orders via email and phone
* Providing professional and courteous service to our Member Florists, addressing their concerns and resolving disputes in a timely and efficient manner
* Processing requests using internal computer applications, verifying and validating all information provided by the member prior to submission
* Accurately documenting all calls in the 360 application, ensuring that all interactions are thoroughly recorded and tracked
* Consistently achieving key performance indicators and performance standards as defined by management
* Providing customers with quality service by following arenaflex's defined policies, processes, and procedures
* Staying up-to-date with departmental memorandums, websites, and training materials to effectively service customers
* Participating in ongoing on-the-job training, including one-on-one sessions with management and peer coaching
* Performing other duties as assigned by management

* A high school diploma or general equivalency diploma; or equivalent combination of education and experience
* Inbound call center experience is desirable, but not required
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Internet navigation
