**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Support Specialist for voice and chat account at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our clients receive prompt, courteous, and professional service. Your responsibilities will include:
* Responding to inquiries and complaints from customers via voice calls and/or chat, utilizing your excellent communication skills to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
* Providing prompt, courteous, and professional service to all clients, adhering to arenaflex's high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
* Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating complex problems to the appropriate department, leveraging your strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Maintaining accurate records of all client interactions and transactions, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with the customer support team.
* Collaborating with the customer support team to ensure timely and efficient issue resolution, identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience and communicating these to the team.

**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
* **Language Proficiency**: Native Speaker level proficiency in Filipino and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* **Education**: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, communication), with a strong foundation in customer support principles and practices.
* **Experience**: 2+ years of experience in a customer support role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results and resolving complex issues.
* **Skills**: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment; strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail; experience using customer support software (e.g. Gorgias, etc.).
* **Certifications**: None required, but certifications in customer support or related fields are highly desirable.
