We're seeking an experienced Benefit Specialist, Flexible Benefits - Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our service center, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and their participants. **Key Responsibilities**
As a Benefit Specialist, Flexible Benefits - Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Answering and responding to incoming participant phone calls, voice mails, and emails in a timely and professional manner
* Meeting or exceeding required levels of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in all measured areas
* Completing other projects as assigned by the Director or Supervisor
* Reviewing and approving reimbursement claims in a timely and accurate manner
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve participant inquiries and issues
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and documentation
* Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A High School Diploma or equivalent
* Strong typing and 10-key skills
* Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering outstanding service and support
* A highly motivated and positive attitude
* Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and accurately in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to work well within a team, with a focus on collaboration and communication
* Spanish speaking skills are a plus, but not required
