**Key Responsibilities**
As a Data Entry Clerk (Typist) at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Operating office equipment, including computers, copiers, calculators, fax machines, and document scanners, to ensure efficient data entry and processing.
* Utilizing Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word, with experience in Microsoft SAP being a plus, to manage and maintain accurate records.
* Fostering a team-oriented environment by providing exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Demonstrating self-motivation, a positive attitude, and strong interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills to drive process improvements and daily operations.
* Contributing actively to process improvements and daily operations, adapting to varying assignments, and assisting other departments as needed.
* Maintaining focus in a fast-paced environment, particularly during busy periods, to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
* Collaborating with the Lead Coordinator and manager to uphold established policies and procedures, while providing feedback and suggestions for improvement.
**Minimum Job Requirements**
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you'll need to meet the following minimum requirements:
* High school diploma or GED equivalent.
* 1 year of experience in data entry, with a typing speed of at least 45 words per minute (WPM).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, especially Word and Excel.
* Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with strong organizational and time management skills.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while maintaining excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Capability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines, with a strong multitasking ability and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
