As a data engineer, you'll play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining our cloud-based data pipelines. You'll work closely with our data scientists, analysts, and engineers to ensure that our data is accurate, reliable, and easily accessible. Your expertise will help us drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and make data-driven decisions that shape the future of our company. **Key Responsibilities** As a data engineer at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Designing, developing, and maintaining cloud-based data pipelines using technologies such as Snowflake, PostgreSQL, and Python * Collaborating with data scientists, analysts, and engineers to ensure that our data is accurate, reliable, and easily accessible * Developing and maintaining ETL/ELT information pipelines, data approval processes, and data visualization strategies * Creating and maintaining automated workflows and schedulers to streamline data processing and delivery * Working with large datasets and big data technologies, such as Snowflake, Databricks, or similar * Developing and maintaining cloud-based data architectures and products, ideally using AWS * Overseeing and delivering code using a source control item like GitLab/GitHub * Using Docker to containerize and deploy data pipelines and applications **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field * 2+ years of experience in ELT/ETL information pipeline development and support * Demonstrated expertise in using Python and SQL (ideally with Snowflake) * Experience working in a multi-environment (Dev, QA, Prod, etc.) and DEVOPS strategies for code organization and development * Experience creating and maintaining automated workflow schedulers * Strong understanding of data set design and capabilities **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge: * Experience working with large datasets and big data technologies, ideally cloud-based, like Snowflake, Databricks, or similar * Proficiency in cloud design and product contributions, ideally using AWS * Experience overseeing and delivering code using a source control item like GitLab/GitHub * Experience using Docker to containerize and deploy data pipelines and applications **What We Offer** As a data engineer at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a range of benefits, including: * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Access to cutting-edge technologies and tools * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and talented data engineer looking for a new challenge, we want to hear from you!
