This role requires a unique blend of financial and IT expertise, making it an ideal fit for those who thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Support and Develop Financial Systems Applications**: Collaborate with our Financial Planning teams to design, implement, and maintain financial systems applications, ensuring seamless integration with our financial association. * **Serve as an Internal Advisor**: Provide expert guidance to our Financial Planning teams on automation opportunities, data analysis, and reporting, helping them make informed decisions and drive business growth. * **Uphold Hyperion Planning Application**: Ensure the Hyperion planning application is consistently up-to-date with accurate financial data, including forecasts and actuals. * **Approve Data from Hyperion Financial Management and Regulators**: Verify and validate data from Hyperion Financial Management and external regulators to ensure accuracy and compliance. * **Troubleshoot Issues with Data**: Investigate and resolve issues with data, including divisional roll-ups and intercompany transactions, to maintain data integrity and accuracy. * **Maintain System Upkeep**: Ensure system maintenance, including client consent and data security, to prevent data breaches and ensure compliance. * **Support Clients with System Issues**: Provide timely support to clients with system issues, existing reports, forms, and models, ensuring minimal disruption to their work. * **Assist with Preparation of Detailed Analysis and Reports**: Collaborate with our Financial Planning teams to prepare in-depth analysis and reports on complex financial issues and competitive industry trends. * **Facilitate and Complete Monthly Headcount Process**: Ensure the monthly headcount process is completed accurately and on time, using Hyperion to track and analyze data. * **Refresh Hyperion Planning with Order Changes**: Update Hyperion Planning with order changes, ensuring seamless integration with our financial systems. * **Communicate with Cross-Functional Teams**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine reporting business needs, propose, and present effective solutions. * **Create Essbase Cubes, Planning Applications, Reports, and Models**: Design and develop Essbase cubes, planning applications, reports, and models for our Financial Planning teams, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. **All You'll Need for Success:** * **Minimum Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Data Systems, or a related field. + 2 years of work experience in a financial role, including experience with financial summaries, financial modeling, and analysis. + Strong IT foundation, including experience with Prophet and complex database structures. * **Preferred Qualifications:** + Experience using Hyperion, including development and implementation experience (including Intelligent Disclosure, Essbase, Planning). + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing requirements. + Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. **Essential Skills and Competencies:** * **Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to analyze complex financial data, identify trends, and develop effective solutions. * **Communication and Collaboration Skills**: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. * **Data Analysis and Interpretation**: Strong data analysis and interpretation skills, with the ability to extract insights from complex data sets. * **Financial Planning and Analysis**: Experience with financial planning and analysis, including financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting. * **Hyperion and Essbase**: Experience with Hyperion and Essbase, including development and implementation experience. * **Microsoft Office**: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. **What You'll Get:** At arenaflex, we offer a comprehensive benefits package to support your physical, emotional, and financial well-being.
