This team works closely with customers to resolve issues, prevent overdues, and provide exceptional customer service. As a Customer Care Professional in this team, you'll play a critical role in delivering high-quality service to our customers, while also identifying opportunities to grow our business and improve customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Care Professional in the Control Management team, your key responsibilities will include: * Contacting clients with overdue accounts to secure the settlement of the account * Conducting preventive work to avoid future overdues with accounts that have a high exposure * Identifying opportunities to grow our business and improve customer satisfaction * Collaborating with colleagues to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service * Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service **Minimum Qualifications** * 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the financial services industry * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively * High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred **Preferred Qualifications** * 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the financial services industry * Experience working with small business customers, preferably in a sales or customer service capacity * Strong knowledge of financial products and services, preferably in the small business market * Experience with CRM software and other customer relationship management tools * Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions **Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a range of skills and competencies, including: * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively * High level of integrity and professionalism, with a strong commitment to customer service and satisfaction * Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions * Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business growth **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our colleagues grow and develop their careers.
