As a key member of our customer engagement and experience team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing online chat and customer engagement strategies that drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance our brand reputation. Your key responsibilities will include: * Managing vendor relationships to ensure seamless execution of online chat and customer engagement initiatives * Building upon our chat roadmap and socializing a 12-18 month strategy that aligns with our business objectives * Developing, refining, and executing online chat and customer engagement recommendations that drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction * Managing the monthly online chat transcript and metrics analysis to inform future strategy and optimization * Defining and building an online chat service program that meets the evolving needs of our customers * Managing chat script maintenance and compliance to ensure regulatory adherence and brand consistency * Socializing chat program insights and results to stakeholders across the organization **Your Compensation Package** At arenaflex, we believe that our employees are our greatest asset.
