Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional service, and we're committed to making a positive impact in the communities we serve. **Job Summary** As a Customer Growth Representative, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth, executing promotions, and securing placement of equipment and point-of-sale (POS) materials. You will work closely with our retail sales team to convey account activities to relevant stakeholders and maintain backrooms by organizing and consolidating back stock each day. If you're a motivated and results-driven individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** * Sell and execute promotions to grow sales and secure placement of equipment and POS materials * Transport and replace POS advertising and inventory levels * Restock and build displays, sections, and racks, keeping them in an aligned manner with labels facing outward, rotating products to ensure that stores follow a first-in-first-out stocking system within retail accounts * Maintain backrooms by organizing and consolidating back stock each day * Support the team as a retail sales representative, responsible for conveying account activities to relevant stakeholders * Perform other duties as assigned **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or General Education Degree and 0 to 1 plus years of related experience or 1 to 2 plus years of general experience * Reliable automobile transportation, a valid driver's license, and auto insurance coverage at least to the minimum amount specified by the Company and state law * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills **Preferred Qualifications** * Bachelor's Degree * Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service * Knowledge of the beverage industry and its trends **Skills and Competencies** * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods * Ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and customers **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
