You will work closely with our retail sales team to convey account activities to relevant stakeholders and maintain backrooms by organizing and consolidating back stock each day. If you're a motivated and results-driven individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** * Sell and execute promotions to grow sales and secure placement of equipment and POS materials * Transport and replace POS advertising and inventory levels * Restock and build displays, sections, and racks, keeping them in an aligned manner with labels facing outward, rotating products to ensure that stores follow a first-in-first-out stocking system within retail accounts * Maintain backrooms by organizing and consolidating back stock each day * Support the team as a retail sales representative, responsible for conveying account activities to relevant stakeholders * Perform other duties as assigned **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or General Education Degree and 0 to 1 plus years of related experience or 1 to 2 plus years of general experience * Reliable automobile transportation, a valid driver's license, and auto insurance coverage at least to the minimum amount specified by the Company and state law * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills **Preferred Qualifications** * Bachelor's Degree * Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service * Knowledge of the beverage industry and its trends **Skills and Competencies** * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods * Ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and customers **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
