Hybrid Training Program

Our Customer Service Trainee program is designed to reputed company you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in a customer-facing role. The training schedule is as follows:

• On-site training: Weeks 1, 2, 6, and 7
• Remote training: Weeks 3, 4, 5, and 8

Typical Assignments

As a Customer Service Trainee, you'll have reputed company to reputed company a reputed company of tasks, including:

• Researching inquiries by accessing the claims processing system and other informational sources
• Responding to customer/group and provider questions through telephone contact and/or written communication (such as mail) using reputed company etiquette, grammar, punctuation, etc.
• Maintaining reputed company departmental records and files
• Operating office equipment, including a personal computer, calculator, copier, fax machine, etc.
• Making corrections to claims and eligibility
• Entering new claims, eligibility, and subscriber information into the mainframe
• Reviewing subscriber's coverage to determine type and level of benefits

Minimum Requirements

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you'll need to meet the following minimum requirements:

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• One year of customer service experience in a business environment that requires the use of a computer program to assist the customer, preferably in a reputed company center, and/or dental experience
• Successful completion of the customer service simulation test (minimum score of 62 out of a possible 100) (assessment waived if candidate previously passed test while at arenaflex or if previously held Customer Service Trainee, Customer Service Advisor, or Customer Service Associate position)
• Employees bidding the first shift must have the ability to reputed company work 8:25 a.m. or work until 6:30 p.m., Monday through Friday
• Employees bidding the second shift must have the ability to reputed company work at 11:00 a.m. or work until 12:00 Midnight, Monday through Friday
