Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments as needed. - **Product Knowledge:** Maintain thorough knowledge of arenaflex's products and services, including current promotions and offerings, to better assist customers. - **Documentation:** Accurately document interactions and resolutions in our customer care system, ensuring data integrity and tracking of customer feedback. - **Collaboration:** Work closely with the customer care team and other departments to enhance workflows and ensure seamless service delivery. - **Quality Assurance:** Participate in regular training sessions and workshops to maintain and improve your skills, as well as stay updated on new products and technologies. - **Performance Metrics:** Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals, including response time, customer satisfaction scores, and first contact resolution rate. - **Feedback Loop:** Provide insights and feedback to management based on customer interactions, suggesting improvements to enhance the overall customer experience. - **Time Management:** Prioritize tasks effectively to manage workload efficiently within designated work hours. ### Requirements #### Education & Experience - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or customer care role. - High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in a related field is a plus. #### Skills & Competencies - **Communication:** Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely. - **Time Management:** Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. - **Motivated & Passionate:** A genuine enthusiasm for helping customers and a proactive approach to problem-solving. - **Technical Skills:** Proficient with computer applications and technology.
