**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our policyholders and partners through inbound calls, emails, and written correspondence. You'll work in a high-volume call center environment, handling anywhere from 70 to 120 calls per day. Your primary goal will be to ensure that every interaction is handled promptly, professionally, and with a focus on first contact resolution.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Handle high-volume inbound calls from policyholders, providers, and interested third parties, providing exceptional service and ensuring that every interaction is handled promptly and professionally.
* Review and maintain new and revised procedures regarding policy information, ensuring that you're up-to-date on the latest developments and changes.
* Ensure that customer needs are met on every interaction, whether it's through phone, email, or written correspondence.
* Maintain department standards for the number of calls, average handle time, and time management, ensuring that you're meeting or exceeding expectations.
* Work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple calls and tasks simultaneously, and prioritizing your workload to meet deadlines and deliver results.
**Requirements**
* 1+ years of work experience in a high-volume contact center environment, with a strong focus on customer service and first contact resolution.
* 18 years of age or older.
* High School Diploma or equivalent.
* Strong remote experience preferred, but not required.
* Reliable internet connection with a minimum upload and download speed of 20 Mbps, and a hard-wired connection.
* Must have a smartphone to access VPN.
* Insurance industry experience is a plus, but not a requirement.
* For safety reasons, you must have or be willing to obtain a fire extinguisher to keep in your home.
* Quiet and professional workplace.
* Basic computer knowledge and skills.
* Excellent oral and written communication.
* Minimum typing requirement of 30 wpm.
* Proficient use of the computer, keyboard functions, and Microsoft Office.
* Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
* Excellent organization and time management skills.
**Training and Onboarding**
* 2-3 weeks of training in duration, Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm CST.
* Post-training, you'll be assigned to a 40-hour workweek, with a flexible schedule that meets your needs and preferences.
* You'll be required to work Monday-Friday, with no weekend shifts unless overtime is presented on the weekend.
* Full-time positions only, with no part-time opportunities.

* You'll need a smartphone to access VPN, but all other equipment will be provided by arenaflex.
