This position will be based in the Bristol, TN area, and we require hires to reside within a 50-mile radius of Bristol, TN.Responsibilities
As a Mechanical Customer Service Expert, you'll be responsible for:- Fielding Customer Inquiries: Handle and carefully respond to all customer inquiries, finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns.
- Providing Excellent Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service through active listening, work with confidential customer information, and treat it sensitively.
- Resolving Issues: Aim to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive, calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues, and escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate.
- Tracking Call-Related Information: Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, and provide feedback on call issues.
Qualifications
We're looking for fearless people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. To be successful in this role, you'll need:- Ability to Work Remotely: Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment.
- Customer Service Experience: 6 months of customer service experience preferred.
- Age and Education: Over 18 years of age and a high school graduate or GED.
- Technical Skills: Ability to type 25 wpm, comfort with desktop computer systems, proven oral and written communication skills, logical problem-solving skills, and ability to navigate Windows operating systems.
Work from Home Requirements
To ensure a seamless work-from-home experience, you'll need:- Internet Connection Requirements: Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 12.0 Mbps, minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 3.0 Mbps, ISP must have no packet loss, and ping under 50ms.
