Our Corporate Headquarters are based in Miami, Florida, and we have a diverse team of over 130 members across Latin America, working with clients worldwide. arenaflex is proud to be a 87% women-led company, fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment that encourages growth and development. **The Role** As a Full Stack Social Media Sales Specialist, you'll be part of our highly skilled client success team, working closely with our clients to start authentic conversations that lead to selling coaching programs through Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms. Your primary objective will be to sell for one of our clients, a Business Coach, speaking as them on their social media platforms. **Key Responsibilities** * Start new conversations with potential clients (2 hours/day) * Follow up with leads and nurture relationships (2 hours/day) * Grow your social media presence and engage with your audience (2 hours/day) * Reply to active leads and close sales (1.5 hours/day) * Manage and communicate with your team, ensuring seamless collaboration and success (30 minutes/day) * Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and revenue growth * Collaborate with our client success team to achieve sales targets and exceed client expectations **Qualifications and Skills** * Advanced/Native C1-C2 level of English * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Proactive and results-driven approach to sales and customer service * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills * Strong organizational and time management skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities * Familiarity with social media platforms and their marketing potential * Experience working from home and managing remote teams (a plus) **Career Growth Opportunities** At arenaflex, we believe in investing in our team members' growth and development.
