**Key Responsibilities**
As a Phone and Chat Specialist at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Managing large volumes of inbound and outbound calls in a timely and efficient manner
* Handling multiple chat channels simultaneously, providing prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries
* Following established communication scripts to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions
* Identifying customers' needs, clarifying information, researching, and providing solutions and/or alternatives to meet their requirements
* Accessing company and client resources to accurately handle calls and provide exceptional customer service
* Performing data entry and customer service tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
* Navigating online systems efficiently to verify nurses' credentials and process requests
* Working with customers to resolve issues and provide solutions, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor at all times
* Cross-training in various tasks and responsibilities as needed to ensure flexibility and adaptability
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
* 1 year of customer service or customer support experience
* 1 year of previous call center or office background experience required
* Technical savvy and ability to navigate online systems efficiently
* Previous remote work from home experience a plus
* Quick learner with the ability to work independently
* Type 35 words per minute accurately
* Strong phone and verbal communication skills, including active listening
* A background check applicable with state and federal laws is required
**Preferred Qualifications**

* Previous experience in a similar role or industry
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

**Compensation and Benefits**
We offer a competitive compensation package, including:
* Starting pay: $14/hour, plus shift differential (extra $1/hr nights & wkds) and possible increase after 90 days pending attendance and performance
* Work hours: Shifts between 7:00am-7:00pm (CST) Work Days: Mon-Fri and rotating weekends
* Paid Training: 3 weeks in length from 8:00am-5:00pm Mon-Fri (CST)
* Status: Full Time 40 hours

* Processor: Intel Core i5 5200 Series or greater
* Memory: 8GB on Windows 8.1 / 10 64 bits

* Firewall must be enabled
