**Responsibilities**
As a Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Expert at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include:
* Fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns.
* Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns.
* Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise.
* Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate.
* Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments.
* Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
* Providing feedback on call issues.
* Meeting sales objectives as defined.
**Qualifications**
We're looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Bilingual Spanish/English language skills.
* A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience.
* Over 18 years of age.
* The ability to type 25 words per minute.
* A high school graduate or GED.
* Comfort with desktop computer systems.
* Proven oral and written communication skills.
* 6 months of call center experience, preferred.
* Logical problem-solving skills.
* Availability to work various shifts.
* The ability to use Windows operating systems.
* Organization and work prioritization skills.
* 6 months of sales experience, minimum.
* The ability to work independently.
* The ability to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment.
* The ability to stay composed and objective.
* Strong listening skills.
* Superior negotiating skills.
**Work from Home Requirements**
To work from home, you'll need:
* A minimum subscribed download rate of 12.0 Mbps.
* A minimum subscribed upload rate of 3.0 Mbps.
* An ISP with no packet loss and ping under 50ms.
* Proof of internet speed required.
