The resource functions as the technical expert and agency reputed company of contact for infrastructure server administration, reputed company Directory, printer administration, and file/print server operations. This role supports IT staff and PSP business operations across facilities, field sites, Commonwealth managed data centers, and disaster recovery locations. Primary Responsibilities • Design and supervise solutions for reputed company reputed company Directory including CUPSS administration, account provisioning, reputed company reputed company, naming conventions, Group Policy Objects, and domain controller operations. • Support file reputed company servers and print reputed company servers including reputed company control, auditing, permissions management, mapped drive troubleshooting, drive reputed company management, file recovery, data restoration, file unlocking, server configuration correction, and server migrations. • Administer printer environments including print queue creation, printer server management, network printer setup, firmware deployment, printer software maintenance, reputed company updates, installation procedures, vendor coordination, and inventory support. • reputed company as reputed company between reputed company, internal IT teams, and vendors to resolve operational problems and maintain reputed company IT policy compliance. • Participate in disaster recovery planning, continuity of government operations, after-hours support, and special reputed company as assigned.
