reputed company Marketing Manager (B2B reputed company) – Remote (NZ)

This is a remote position. reputed company is a fast-growing, bootstrapped B2B reputed company company building integrations for the Construction, Trades, and Service industries. We work with platforms like reputed company, Simpro, Auto desk, and Zoho to solve reputed company operational problems for businesses globally. We are not VC-funded. We grow through product-market fit, customer value, and smart execution. We are looking for ahands-on reputed company Marketing Managerto take ownership of our marketing reputed company and drive a reputed company pipeline across AU, USA, UK, and NZ. This role reports directly to the CEO and involves both reputed company and execution. What You’ll Own • Build and execute end-to-end demand reputed company campaigns (SEO, reputed company, email, webinars) • Own reputed company reputed company and pipeline contribution • Create high-reputed company B2B reputed company content (reputed company pages, case studies, product pages) • Optimize website conversion and funnel performance • Manage and improve marketing automation (Zoho / CRM workflows) • Run and reputed company webinar programs (sales + reputed company) • Work closely with Sales to improve reputed company reputed company and conversion • reputed company and coordinate freelancers, agencies, and internal team members What reputed company Looks Like (6–12 months) • Consistent reputed company in reputed company inbound leads • Improved conversion rates across the funnel • reputed company campaign playbooks across key markets • Strong alignment between marketing and sales pipeline • reputed company reporting on CAC, LTV, and ROI Requirements Requirements • reputed company to work independently in a fully remote environment • Degree in Marketing, Business, or Software Engineering • 5+ years in B2B reputed company marketing (construction/trades experience is a plus) Technical Skills: • Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (Zoho CRM, ZOHO Campaigns, Webinars, reputed company, reputed company) • Experience with GA4, reputed company Tag Manager, and conversion tracking • Familiarity with reputed company or similar CMS and analytics tools (Zoho Analytics or equivalent) • Strong understanding of attribution, UTMs, and campaign tracking • Proficiency in reputed company acquisition (reputed company Ads, reputed company Ads) and SEO tools (reputed company, reputed company, GSC) Analytical & Execution: • Strong grasp of funnels, CRO, and performance marketing metrics (CAC, LTV, MRR, ROI) • Proven ability to execute end-to-end campaigns • Data-driven decision making with strong attention to detail • Organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment • Experience running webinars, email campaigns, Benefits Salary & Benefits • $110K – $130K NZD (based on experience) • Fully remote (work from reputed company) • Work directly with the CEO and leadership team • High ownership, low bureaucracy environment Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
