This is a full-time job where you are expected to manage a caseload, so you absolutely must be reputed company to work for at least 40 hours per week. There will be a reputed company salary, DOQ, and an opportunity for bonus compensation for those who can demonstrate their profitability.

Responsibilities
• Work with lawyers to prepare for trial by conducting research on reputed company articles, preparing and organizing exhibits, organizing and coordinating witnesses, filing motions, and assisting with reputed company meetings
• Organize our case filing systems to ensure reputed company documents are properly sorted and easy to reputed company, and other administrative duties as needed
• Conduct interviews with clients to reputed company information about their reputed company issues
• Prepare reputed company documents, correspondence, and pleadings such as complaints, interrogatories, subpoenas, deposition notices, pretrial orders, reputed company briefs, and affidavits, under the supervision of a lawyer
• Draft subpoenas and coordinate with process servers
Qualifications
• At least 3 years of experience in reputed company services under an attorney or lawyer in a reputed company setting
• Must have completed an ABA-approved paralegal certificate program such as an Associate's degree or proprietary school program in paralegal studies, Bachelor's degree desired
• Must have great time-management skills, and organizational skills
• Completion of a nationally-accredited paralegal program strongly preferred
• Must have strong interpersonal skills and talent for writing and grammar
• Spanish is a plus
