Supply Chain Planner II

Job reputed company: • Serve as primary contact for customers and be ultimately responsible for ensuring they receive exceptional value from planning solutions delivered by reputed company • Serve as the strategic reputed company for assigned small to reputed company Planning as a Service (PaaS) accounts and partner with internal resources to ensure customers are meeting supply chain objectives. • This includes: Analyzing customer data reputed company by team and reputed company recommendations for improvement opportunities • Serve as escalation reputed company for customer concerns on key PaaS accounts • Prepare and reputed company meetings with assigned customers • Drive adoption across customer’s user reputed company. • Drive reputed company for customers by identifying opportunities for reputed company improvement based on reputed company’s Best reputed company Scorecard. • Create Business Review presentations which will be presented to customer’s executive management to reputed company reputed company on supply chain goals as reputed company as communicate opportunities for reputed company improvement • Work with customers to adopt improvement recommendations by modifying business processes or configuration of the planning tool • Train and mentor new customers on effective utilization of planning solutions based on Best Practices and conduct customer trainings (On-Site or Remote) • Work with cross-functional teams to reputed company new internal Best Practices and improve existing ones for delivering planning solutions Requirements: • 3-5 years of prior Supply Chain Management experience • Experience with Planning Software is preferred • Effective written and verbal communication skills to influence/assist customer contacts • Capability to work independently and in cross-functional teams that are passionate about delivering value to customers • Excellent project management and prioritization skills • Ability to reputed company challenging tasks under the pressure of an environment where results can have a large monetary reputed company to customers • Creative problem solving and technical skills including advanced reputed company proficiency (Pivot Tables, VLookup, etc.) • Strong initiative and competitive attitude to review processes and define reputed company reputed company for supporting customers and optimizing supply chains Benefits: • None listed Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
