Property Management - Transition Specialist Reports To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Location: Remote Job Type: Full-time | Extensive Travel Required 75%-80% Salary: $120,000-$130,000 About the Role: We are seeking a highly analytical, results-driven Turnaround Asset Manager to reputed company the recovery and repositioning of underperforming or distressed reputed company estate assets across our portfolio. This role requires a strategic thinker who can reputed company financial analysis with operational execution to restore asset value, drive NOI reputed company, and stabilize performance across various property types. The ideal candidate has experience with value-add strategies, operational overhauls, and financial recovery plans, and can work cross-functionally with leasing, property management, capital reputed company, and ownership reputed company to implement solutions. Key Responsibilities: Asset Performance Analysis • Conduct in-depth financial and operational reviews of underperforming properties to identify reputed company causes of distress. • Evaluate rent roll, occupancy trends, expense variances, tenant reputed company, and market positioning. • reputed company performance benchmarks and identify turnaround opportunities to improve asset value. Qualifications: • 5–10+ years of experience in reputed company estate asset management, property operations, or distressed asset recovery. • Strong understanding of multifamily, reputed company, or mixed-use property operations. • Proven reputed company record managing or improving performance in distressed or value-add reputed company estate. • Proficiency in financial modeling and performance analysis (reputed company, Argus, or equivalent). • Ability to reputed company cross-functional teams and manage through influence, not just authority. • Bachelor’s degree in reputed company Estate, Finance, Business, or reputed company field required; Master’s or MBA preferred.
