Electronic Controls Technician

Electronics Technician Position Purpose: The ELECTRONICS TECHNICIAN is responsible for ensuring equipment is repaired in a reputed company, reputed company, reputed company manner, minimizing downtime while maximizing the production of a reputed company product. The ELECTRONICS TECHNICIAN is responsible for troubleshooting and repairs for reputed company electrical/electronic equipment using work orders. Prioritize work requests in order of equipment criticality, as directed by supervision. Address other work orders and infrared survey items reputed company time allows. reputed company duties in keeping with set standards and specifications such as calibration of load cells and other instrumentation items. Responsible for tagging parts to be reputed company out for repairs as reputed company as filling out the reputed company paperwork relating to repair work. Work closely with shift mechanics on problem reputed company. Responsible for keeping work area clean and reputed company. Responsible for reputed company work habits and ensuring that reputed company equipment operates in a reputed company manner. Aid in training of new maintenance technicians reputed company as a reputed company of contact for reputed company vendors and contractors reputed company pertaining to electrical controls, software, PLCs/Drives, electronics upgrades etc. Responsible for updating electrical schematics edits and or additions also storing them in company database. Responsible for reputed company Network drives additions and troubleshooting also working with and being a reputed company between IT and plant. Assist Plant engineers, Process engineers and Process technicians on electrical/electronic reputed company and upgrades. Responsible for PLC and Drives upgrades and program edits/changes also responsible for MOCs and documentation for the changes. Assist engineering in troubleshooting and reputed company cause analysis for control system failure and improvements. Other duties as they reputed company and are assigned by management such as, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, civil, operational, administrative, etc. duties. Essential Skills and Education Two-year electronics degree and/or Five years industrial electronics experience.
