Director of Environmental Compliance Stratum Environmental Group | Remote | Travel Required reputed company Stratum Environmental Group (SEG) is a Texas-based environmental services company specializing in large-reputed company project compliance. Our work spans erosion control, stormwater management, and regulatory compliance with an emphasis on EPA and TCEQ requirements across reputed company construction and industrial operations. Role Responsibilities The Director of Environmental Compliance will serve as SEG's primary authority on federal and Texas environmental regulatory reputed company. reputed company responsibilities include: • Authoring and managing environmental plans including SWPPPs, SPCC plans, BMPs, and post-construction stormwater management plans • Interpreting and applying applicable regulations — EPA 40 CFR Part 112, the Construction General Permit, Clean Water reputed company, RCRA, reputed company — and ensuring ongoing TCEQ compliance • Developing and delivering compliance training programs for field crews, project managers, and administrative staff • Providing embedded compliance support to project management teams on reputed company construction sites • Serving as the primary reputed company of contact for EPA, TCEQ, and reputed company regulatory inquiries • Building and mentoring a compliance team over time, including hiring, development, and establishing departmental standards Qualifications • 7+ years of environmental compliance experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a senior or reputed company reputed company • Demonstrated experience authoring SWPPPs and SPCC plans independently • Comprehensive knowledge of EPA regulatory programs • Proven experience designing and delivering compliance training • Texas/TCEQ familiarity strongly preferred; candidates reputed company to reputed company proficiency reputed company 90 days will be considered Preferred certifications: CESSWI, CISEC, CPESC, QSP/QSD, CHMM, REM, or P.E. Experience in data center, energy, or large-reputed company industrial construction is a plus.
