The primary location for this role is remote, and the expected schedule is shift work (Mon-Fri 8:00am - 04:30pm CST or 10:30am - 07:30pm CST).

What You'll Do 

As a Crisis Team Case Manager with reputed company, you will work with the families of behaviorally and medically reputed company children providing emotional support, care coordination, reputed company to resources, and support navigating the reputed company system post hospital discharge.
