**The Role**
As a chat-based mental health reputed company at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting young people through our online platform. You'll work closely with licensed reputed company Supervisors to ensure that you're equipped to handle crisis-based chats and other high-pressure situations.
**Key Responsibilities**

**What You'll Need**
* Experience in mental health, youth work, or coaching
* Reliable laptop or computer (no tablets or cell phones) and internet with a minimum 50 mbps download speed
