As a key member of our IAM team, you'll be responsible for integrating packages in SailPoint to enhance our protection and governance posture. You'll work with international-class software and platform groups to design software integrations that fit a scalable, nimble shape. If you have a strong background in IAM, experience with SailPoint, and a passion for innovation, we want to hear from you. **Responsibilities** As an Experienced Full Stack Developer – Identity and Access Management (IAM) Integration Specialist at arenaflex, you'll have the following responsibilities: * Design, build, and launch customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, and Joiner, Mover, and Leaver within IIQ * Experience in installation management and troubleshooting of IAM solutions in a business environment * SailPoint implementation experience with strong IAM domain best practices, design, and maintenance of data * Implementation of JML events, custom/OOTB LCM Workflows to meet business requirements * Robust knowledge of WebServices, RestAPI & SCIM API connectors and Provisioning rules to customize software onboarding * Strong exposure to general identity control, access control, RBAC, role mining, access aggregation/certification, and Federation * Strong experience with exchange deployment/release management experience * Experience of Java, JavaScript, XML, DSML, Linux, Tomcat, Oracle, and other relevant technologies **What You'll Convey** To succeed in this role, you'll need to convey the following: * A strong passion for innovation and a desire to make a meaningful impact * Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically * Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams * A strong understanding of IAM principles and best practices * Experience with SailPoint and other IAM solutions * Strong technical skills, with a focus on full-stack development and integration **About the Team** Our IAM team is dedicated to keeping a secure operating environment and protecting the trust of our customers, partners, and stakeholders.
