**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant and Payroll Coordinator to join our team, providing administrative support, data entry services, and payroll management expertise. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for processing inbound data, reconciling physical receipts, analyzing reports, and saving electronic tickets to specified folders. You'll also be responsible for inputting and validating producer payroll data, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all tasks.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Process inbound receiving data on a timely basis with a high degree of accuracy
* Provide clerical support and payroll support, including daily entry of receiving data into database
* Reconcile physical receipt of tickets against database, analyzing reports to identify missing tickets
* Save electronic tickets to specified folders, ensuring accurate and efficient data management
* Input and/or validate producer payroll data, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all tasks
* Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, vendors, and clients, providing excellent communication and customer service skills
* Perform other administrative tasks as required, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* 1 year of experience in data entry, preferably using the 10-key method
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Internet Explorer, and other relevant software applications
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in payroll management and data entry, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
* Knowledge of office practices, business, and administrative procedures
* Certification in data entry or payroll management, such as Certified Administrative Assistant (CAA) or Certified Payroll Professional (CPP)
* Experience working in a remote or flexible work environment
