**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our English-speaking clients and customers. You will receive inbound calls, place outbound calls, answer questions, and forward messages to clients while maintaining a working knowledge of our company's products, services, and promotions. **Key Responsibilities**
* Receive English inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
* Place outbound calls to existing English clients and customers to provide product information, answer questions, and resolve issues
* Answer questions from English customers and forward messages to clients in a timely and efficient manner
* Meet Quality Assurance requirements and other key performance metrics, including customer satisfaction and first-call resolution rates
* Maintain a working knowledge of company products, services, and promotions for our clients
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service
**Essential Qualifications**
* Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
* Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
* English language proficiency required for this position
* Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections
* Strong work ethic and self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced professional working environment
* Ability to learn and navigate new software quickly
* Goal-oriented with professional work ethics
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Leadership skills
* Reliable transportation
* Previous Customer Service experience (1 year preferred)
