It's a career path that offers non-stop challenges and endless variety – along with the opportunity to learn the business from the best. **Job Summary:** We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join our Supply Chain Operations and Logistics team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing purchase orders from initial bulk allocation through the end of the merchandise life cycle, ensuring that each location has the right product at the right time. You'll also help complete various projects within our Supply Chain Operation division, working closely with the planning/sales team, order management manager, sales & warehouse counterparts, and compliance team. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage purchase orders from initial bulk allocation through the end of the merchandise life cycle, including daily review, maintenance, and release of sales orders, follow-through with shipments, and reverse logistics. * Help track production through receipt in the distribution center. * Create and manage work order processes to ensure customer floor-ready requirements and overall retail compliance. * Review orders on an exception basis from all product flow streams daily and modify as necessary. * Ensure all electronic transactions (EDI) are sent and/or received. * Review daily shipments to ensure proper invoicing. * Communicate daily with the Order Management Manager, as well as Sales & Warehouse counterparts to review customer delivery issues. * Review operational chargebacks with the Compliance team. * Manage overall system data integrity with a main focus on sales orders. **Our Ideal Candidate:** * Bachelor's degree preferred. * Allocation experience a plus (preferably in the Apparel/Accessories/Footwear Industry). * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook). * Some EDI and ERP Software experience, preferably SAP, is a plus. * Working knowledge of retail math. * Ability to foster effective teamwork. * Good communication with business teams. * Detail-oriented. * Ability to learn difficult concepts quickly while offering creative solutions to problem-solving. * Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. * Excellent time management skills. * Ability to set priorities effectively. **What We Offer:** * An industry-competitive salary, ranging from $41,000 to $50,500. * A comprehensive benefits plan (medical, dental, vision) that includes a matching 401(k). * Summer Fridays, generous PTO, merchandise discounts, and excellent career development opportunities. * A work environment that reflects our industry leadership, with a focus on innovation, creativity, and teamwork. * Opportunities to participate in our social impact program, Centric Cares, which focuses on volunteerism to make a difference in communities we live and work in. * A diverse and inclusive work environment, with a D&I committee that shapes the future of diversity, equity, and inclusion at arenaflex through workshops, resources, and inspiring conversation. **Why Join arenaflex?** * We believe our people are our greatest asset, and we seek to structure competitive compensation offers to ensure that we can attract and retain the best talent. * Our job postings include an annual base salary range at the time of employment, which represents our good faith estimate as to what candidates are likely to expect. * We tailor our offers within the range based on several factors, including the selected candidate's educational and professional experience, industry knowledge, location, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the selection process. * Base salary is a part of a total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, annual bonus, and other arenaflex-sponsored benefit programs. **How to Apply:** If you're a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about supply chain operations and logistics, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
