We're passionate about distributed systems, and our teams are actively involved in the open-source community, contributing to and leveraging open-source technologies to drive innovation. **Key Responsibilities:** * Design, develop, and deploy scalable, fault-tolerant, and highly available distributed systems * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, product managers, and technical program managers, to drive business outcomes * Contribute to the development of open-source technologies and contribute to arenaflex's OSS efforts * Participate in code reviews, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to arenaflex's coding standards * Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, working closely with the team to identify and implement solutions * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement **Essential Qualifications:** * 2+ years of experience in building large-scale distributed systems features or applications * Strong understanding of distributed systems, including design patterns, scalability, and fault tolerance * Proficiency in Java or other object-oriented programming languages * Experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS or GCP * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with big data technologies, such as Hadoop, Spark, or NoSQL databases * Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools, such as Docker and Kubernetes * Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, such as CI/CD pipelines and monitoring systems * Experience with cloud-native applications and serverless computing * Strong understanding of security principles and practices, with the ability to design and implement secure systems **About arenaflex:** arenaflex is a leading entertainment company, revolutionizing the way people consume content worldwide.
