**Job Summary**
As a Social Media Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients and partners across various digital platforms. You'll work closely with our internal teams to ensure seamless execution of creative initiatives, analyze data to inform future strategies, and develop innovative solutions to drive business growth. **Key Responsibilities**
* **Fitness Account Liaison**: Track and manage DMG's relationships with various fitness applications, including Peloton, Supernatural, and Medrhythms. Develop innovative approaches to support DMG's music releases with wellness partners, considering the unique characteristics and demographics of each platform.
* **Advanced Showcasing Drives**: Collaborate with internal teams to execute creative initiatives, analyze data to inform future strategies, and develop innovative solutions to drive business growth.
* **Wikipedia Page Update**: Ensure accurate and up-to-date information on DMG's Wikipedia page, including updates on new releases, artist information, and company news.
* **UGC Library Demands and Asserting**: Manage user-generated content (UGC) library demands, assert ownership, and ensure proper usage of DMG's music in various platforms.
* **Verse Conveyance**: Work with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of music to various platforms, including voice assistants and smart speakers.
* **Voice and Brilliant Speaker Advancement**: Stay up-to-date on the latest voice assistant technology (Siri, Alexa, Google) and develop strategies to increase streaming consumption through voice requests and measured results.
* **Point Person for Select Digital Accounts**: Liaise with select digital partners to market Disney releases for consumption on their platforms, including social asset ideas, advertising ideas, and other creative marketing methods.
* **Digital Broadcast Conveyance**: Work with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of music to various platforms, including webcasts and digital recording inventory networks.
**Essential Qualifications**
* 3+ years of experience working in digital marketing and development or similar technology fields in the music industry.
* Familiarity with smart speakers and devices, as well as experience working with third-party partners.
* Passion for music, ability to multitask, attention to detail, excellent communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
* Willingness to learn proprietary software as needed, familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and other programs.
* Bachelor's degree required.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working with podcast platforms, voice assistants, and smart speakers.
* Knowledge of music distribution and marketing principles.
* Familiarity with data analysis tools and software.
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

**Compensation and Benefits**
* Competitive salary range: $81,100.00 to $104,800.00 per year, based on a 40-hour work week.
